We decided that rather than creating one shot list altogether in a short space of class time it was a better idea for each of us to create an individual shot list, we will then pick the best shots from each of our lists and combine them into one final shot list, below you can see my individual shot list.
0.00-0.02Black at the beginning, including on the drum beats.
Shot of lips sing abruptly cuts in on the ba-da's,
After each line of ba-da's, on a particular beat we will cut to a more zoom out shot which reveals more of our star and her location while keeping her lips at the centre.
0.02-0.05 An extreme close up of her lips can be seen.
0.05-0.09 A close-up of her face with her lips still at the centre
0.09-0.12 In the third line a little past her shoulders will be seen and a limited amount of background although we will still keep her lips centralised.
0.12-0.15 For the fourth line the shot will be even further back so the location is still revealed (although we will still try and keep her lips as the focus.
0.15- 0.24 she begins to put on some kind of coat, tugging it round her suggestively while looking at a mirror with a gleam of light shining on the mirror.
0.24-0.30 She puts on mascara while looking up from under her eyelashes from the view of the mirror.
0.30- 0.38 when she puts on lipstick, stopping to smack her lips on each ba ba so it looks as if she might be singing it.
0.38- 0.44 a high angle shot of her putting up a fake frame between two trees from in front of the frame and her
0.44- 0.46 point of view shot of the trees through the frame
0.46- 1.08 the table cloth comes down over the frame and it cuts to a shot where she is airing it out onto the table. At 0.51 she finishes airing out the table cloth and the camera pans down to underneath the table where she is already lying and singing the song. The bears pop in their heads and look as if they may be singing along when the backing vocals begin. The camera moves playfully in and out.
1.08-1.20 Shots of nature, the girl with a nature backdrop, and each bear with a nature backdrop
1.20-1.26 A shot of the table and with each drum beat a new thing appears on or around the table (such as cutlery and chairs) ending with each character appearing on the last three beats.
1.26-1.28 Mid shots of the girl and each bear on their chairs, and some where you can see all of them together around the table.
1.28-1.42 The girl is spinning around in the middle of the set, to show this we will use a mix of point of view shots from the girls' point of view where a large amount of the set and the bear/s she is holding in her hands, some shots from a bear she is holding's point of view where she will hold the camera in her hands and point it at herself, and some long and wide shots which show the two of them spinning together.
1.42-1.47 The girl looks dizzy and the camera follows her as falls over sideways onto the blanket and it goes to black
1.47-1.49 The camera follows her as she gets back up and looks around, confused
1.49-1.50 A point of view shot of the sky
1.50-1.57 Wide shot of her from the front sitting between the two bears. She sings along and turns her head toward the bears as she does as if she is talking to them. During this puts her arms around the bears and at 1.56 she lets herself gently fall back with them in her arms.
1.57-2.13 It cuts between a shot looking straight down at her from above with the bears in her arms as she sings along with the song, and point of view shots of the sky when the backing vocals take place.
2.13-2.43 Shots of nature and the girl.
2.43-2.47 The camera moves around/towards the girl and it is cut on each beat so it looks like many pictures/ a film reel, while it still appears to be one shot.
2.47-2.52 The camera pauses on the last image of her so it now looks like one photo which at 2.50 burns away to black.
